Making Tang yuan...

Has been a long- long wanna eat tang yuan..

Today i try to make it my self.
the ingredient need are
glutinous rice flour
water
sugar/ rock sugar
young ginger

Pandan leaves


 This is glutinous rice flour (not the rice flour)

Pour the flour in to the bow
 
 Mix some sugar, depend on your need

Mix it together and pour few spoon of water only

Roll it into square

in different angle

Heat the water with add some sugar/ rock sugar, pandan leaves, and a bit young ginger 

 Cook together

after 2minute

this is the result

so, can serve warm or cold with ice...
