2012, The winter solstice season

The winter solstice season
This year the day fall on the 21/12/2012 aka the end of the world day
(dunnoe where is the word come from).
first of all we need to prepare the following ingredient:
^glutinous rice flour
^sugar
^water
^food coloring
^pandan leave
^and some young ginger

Add the water and some sugar into flour and mix it, don't too wet

separate it into few portion, so you can do the coloring at the flour whatever color you like

The roll it into ball like shape. you can add the read bean paste, peanut butter or anything else you like into it.

Boil the water, sugar, pandan leaves,and ginger

cook until the rice ball flooding at the boiling water surface and ready to serve

Loy Krathong Festival 2012 in Penang

For this year. 2012. This Wat Buppharam is celebrating the Khatina and LoyKrathong in the same day.
so i take the opportunity to attend the festive.

When celebrate this festive, almost whole week already in the raining mood. by right i reach penang. the rain still heavily raining.
